Condition: What a terrific gown of lightweight salmon pink satin with netting on the shoulders, tons of buttons up the back, and a gathered poof over the arms and bustline. Dropped waist and full gathered skirt. Appears home sewn. This came from the estate of two twin sisters, and they were clothes horses! I'd venture that this dress was worn to a formal prom like dance. The dress has super light wear under the arms, and the netting is a bit discolored from being in storage for well over 60 years. Mind you the dress and netting is hole and pull free, and with a little dry cleaning will be ready to wear. Don't let this unique beauty pass you by. |

The dress does have light underarm discolorations, of which a dry cleaning will fix. No holes on the taffeta, and only a couple of rhinestones are missing. This is a unique dress for your special day!

Light wear on the lace over all, but no glaring holes or damage to the garment.

Condition: Oh-la-la! This is one heck of a gown! Made of a woven rayon, it is printed in a plaid like design of black white and pink.
The waistline has triange shaped cutouts with button details. Dress buttons up the back with clear pink buttons. Unlined and no pockets.
I do think this is home sewn.
I'll dare say the only wear on this dress is from hanging in the closet for so many years! The armpits are clean and free from any wear.
No holes in the fabric or pulls on the seams. This is one of the most unique gowns I have ever come across!

Condition: Gorgeous
black taffeta evening dress with black glass buttons up the front, and Czec glass bead trim and sequins on the collar and sleeve cuffs.
It is amazing! Dress is unlined and does not have pockets, and I suspect it is home sewn. The taffeta has a matte finish and is not as stiff as you would expect a taffeta dress to be.
Overall the dress is in excellent condition, there is light wear on the underarms where all the seams come together, as well as light pulling on the back bodice darts.
Despite that, this is still a quality piece, unique and stylish!

black rayon velvet evening dress from the 1930s. Has a v neckline, gathered shoulders and details off the hips, side metal zip and matching belt. Homesewn. Light wear on the neckline, some wear spots in the suspect areas. Some of the top stitching on the shoulder gathers is loose. No holes in the velvet.
Overall in excellent condtion.
