Dress itself is well made and the fabric is good, reason for as is, there is a purplish tinge on the shoulders. Dress has a super light fade on the tops of the shoulders. If you wear this out at night no one will really notice. |

Condition: Super simple and elegant! Made of a black rayon crepe,
this dress has black satin gathered on the waist, and inset around the waist and down to the hem on the left hand side.
Side metal zip and has a small metal zip up the back of the dress on the neckline. Possibly home sewn.
Overall in very good condition, there are light pulls on the bust darts and on the zip placket, not noticable when wearing the dress.
Also the inside of the neckline has light ring around the collar, nothing a little dry cleaning won't cure.
Otherwsie the dress is in excellent conditon, no discolorations or stains of the underarms, or anywhere else on the dress.
Overall solid in fabric and construction.

Overall in very good condition, there is a small hole on the left side seam, possibly got caught on something, but it is a small pull/hole. Also the inside of the neckline has light ring around the collar, nothing a little dry cleaning won't cure.
Otherwsie the dress is in excellent conditon, no discolorations or stains of the underarms, or anywhere else on the dress.
Overall solid in fabric and construction.

Condition: Lovely
black velvet evening gown with white satin detailing the collar and sleeve
cuffs. This was worn by a friend of mine many years ago to her rehersal dinner (you should have seen the dress she was married in!)
Made of a rayon velvet, it has stiffness, yet still
flows. Light inconspicuous wear under the arms and on the hem.
Has a nylon zip up the back, which looks to be a replacement.
Superior quality in this garment -- excellent condition -- clean and ready
to wear!

Condition: I just love the style on this dress! The bodice is a tailored black cotton velvet, and the skirt is a very full black taffeta with a black velvet cord trim across the hips. Dress has a side metal zip and velvet cord belt. It is not lined, and I think it may be home sewn. Dress is in excellent condition, it does not have any visable wear on the neckline or armpits, nor does the dress have any holes in the fabric or pulls on the seams. Clean and ready to wear! |

Condition: Nice
medium weight (not sure as to what fabric, might be a wool blend) it's a weave of green and black in a delicate diamond pattern.
Jacket is lined in black acetate, has black faceted buttons up the front and on the sleeves, and the coat has real pockets!
Skirt is unlined with a side metal zip. This is home sewn.
Overall in excellent condition, there are a few small pulls in the back of the skirt in the rear end area.
And the top button on the jacket is missing.
Otherwise I did not find any holes in the fabric, nor on the seams.
Ready to wear.

Condition: Okay, I am calling this suit "mannish" because the suit reminds me of a man's suit is the fact it is so well tailored, the jacket has double brested styling, wide collar and is fully lined in a heavy acetate. It also has a pocket on the inside. Skirt is not lined, and the side metal zipper is a bit sticky. There are pin holes in the waistband from being pinned to a hanger and left in an attic for well over 50 years. It was well protected by the cleaner bag, so no worries on any other faults/damage/etc. No holes in the gabardine.
Don't let this beauty pass you by.

Condition: Wow, this is an equestrian outfit for one heck of a tall thin lady!
Made of what reminds me of sazzy hep-cats suits of the 50s (I really cannot name that fabric, tip of my toung...just not there yet...)
The jacket is lined and has pockets. Trousers have a side metal zip and belt loops.
Suit is in excellent condition, the butt of the pants look a little bit shiny, but not worn out.
No holes or pulls on the fabric or on the seams.
